Alright, now that your back, I hope you didn't have to clean out about 5 pounds of old grease. I just did. Turns out, more than 5 years is the minimum amount of time to turn normal grease, in to jello. Not the fun kind either. This is the type of stuff you wouldn't use any thing relating to that fryer to serve Satan him self. Including the spoon I used to clean out most of it. It took an hour, and I still don't feel clean after a shower. I now look like a naked mole rat with pants and a shirt on. Yes, you read that rig

Also, I don't have any ingredients left right now. Well, technically, I do have poptarts left over. I don't think I will want to eat any thing for a couple days though.

Interesting. A man that likes to cook. How unusual...
Depends on what you call cooking. If its just me eating good food, then its just making food for me. It becomes cooking when I share it with some one else. Yes, I am weird like that. Also, there are over a million different recipes already in existence that are all good in their own way, but I ignore 90% of them. I make recipes up as I go along, and haven't had a complaint yet.
